Coal has been a part of the Mullins’ lives for 80 years and has been the source of income for four generations as Nick and his forefathers worked in the underground coal mines of Southwestern Virginia and Eastern Kentucky.

Join Nick, Rustina and their two children Daniel, age 12 and Alex, age 9 as they tell their story of family history, economic struggle, the devastating impacts of mountain top removal coal mining, and their new life’s journey to develop a better, cleaner future for generations to come.

Supper will be served. Free and Open to the Public.
