We encourage students to consider one of our bilateral exchanges or a Kentucky Institute for International Studies (KIIS) semester program. Both of these are especially cost-effective options. Also, there are countless options available through:

Financial Support

Financial support from Berea College is available for any major in the form of the Global Education Opportunity (GEO) Scholarship. The GEO Scholarship gives the student a generous amount of money to aid with their study abroad costs. Endowed funding is variable every year, as are the number of applicants. The Department of Foreign Languages offers similar financial support for qualified majors. In addition, there are external scholarships.
