Convocations Calendar Spring 2023

Welcome back! I hope this finds you well.

Spring semester convocations will be held in Phelps Stokes Chapel. Convocations are subject to change, so please check for up-to-date information below.

During the spring semester students must again attend at least 7 convocations in order to receive a passing grade (CA). Some instructors may also require students to attend a certain number of convocations for credit in their courses.

I’d like to encourage all students to attend convocations for the educational experience and cultural enrichment, not just for academic credit. Here is what we have learned from Berea College alumni: years after graduating they often voiced their regrets that they had not attended more convocations while on campus.

With best wishes for a successful spring semester,

Dr. Thomas Ahrens, Director
