The Office of the Registrar is the home for all student records, permanent grades and student academic transcripts.

Course schedules stay on file for up to five years.  Older schedules are in the Library archives.

Berea College maintains a degree audit on all students at Berea College. The degree audit tracks progress on the completion of a degree. It does this by providing up-to-date information on all completed requirements.  The audit also reports any missing requirements for the degree.  Students have access to this information through the myBerea portal.
