This includes learning and developing skills in peer counseling, programming, leadership, interfaith dialogue and religious education.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.berea.edu\/ccc\/student-team-listing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2022-2023 Student Chaplains<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Student Chaplains should possess the following qualifications and fulfill their responsibilities in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a positive representative of their faith,<\/li>\n<li>Exhibit authenticity, credibility and trustworthiness,<\/li>\n<li>Maintain personal integrity and consistent character,<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good academic standing,<\/li>\n<li>Seek help, guidance, education and training relevant to their position,<\/li>\n<li>Practice a compassionate presence and\u00a0hospitality to students of all races, religions and backgrounds,<\/li>\n<li>Listen attentively to and empathize with others,<\/li>\n<li>Display the capacity for meaningful dialogue,<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to organize and lead groups,<\/li>\n<li>Assist the CCC with programs and worship services, and<\/li>\n<li>Serve as liaisons between the CCC, students and Residential Life staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have questions about the Student Chaplain program, contact <a href=\"mailto:lesette_wright@berea.edu\">Rev.
