Close Contacts are typically contacted by the Health Department and asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, regardless of testing results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Student in Precautionary Quarantine:<\/strong> An on-campus student who has self-reported cold or flu-like symptoms and is placed in quarantine as a precaution until receiving a negative COVID-19 test result.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employee in Quarantine:<\/strong> A Berea College employee who has been in close contact (within six (6) feet of a confirmed COVID-19 infected person for at least 15 minutes or more).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employee in Isolation:<\/strong> A Berea College employee currently in isolation because of a positive COVID-19 test.[\/vc_column_text][vc_raw_html]JTVCbmluamFfdGFibGVzJTIwaWQlM0QlMjIzMTAlMjIlNUQ=[\/vc_raw_html][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_btn title=&#8221;Madison Co.
