However, due to a Claims Arrangement effective 7\/1\/2013, all claims are processed through our Third Party Administrator, ARC Administrators. If you have a claim or coverage issue, you should contact ARC first at (<strong>877) 309-2955<\/strong>. In addition, any cards or dental bills you incur will be mailed to you from ARC Administrators. You can locate an in-network provider by going to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anthem.com\/find-care\/\">anthem.com<\/a>.
