We are always looking for students who want to work hard at making information and communication technology work well for the campus community. All IS&amp;S teams utilize student labor.<\/p>\n<h2>Customer Service &#8211; Helpdesk<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Steve Albritton, Customer Service Director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Customer Service Center staff and students manage the College help desk for students, faculty and staff, and provide troubleshooting and consulting services to students using EDGE laptop computers. They set up, install and maintain classroom sound systems and video equipment, and perform event production services such as video editing. They repair and image computers, and maintain the inventory of media and computer equipment for the College.<\/p>\n<h2>Enterprise Systems<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Albert Conley\" href=\"\/iss\/staff\/albert-conley\/\">Albert Conley<\/a>, Director, Enterprise Systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Student programmers assist staff with BANNER, Berea&#8217;s enterprise database system, as well as with other databases on campus. Activities include developing database inquiries and reports, setting up and testing new software versions.<\/p>\n<h2>Network &amp; Infrastructure Services<\/h2>\n<p>Network Services Infrastructure team provides internet, server, telephone, and wireless\/wired network infrastructure support to the Berea College community.\u00a0 (<i>Servers\/Network\/Telecommunications\/Wireless\/Office 365<\/i>)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>John Ward, Network &amp; Infrastructure Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Information Security<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Jeremy Sutcliffe, Info Security Officer (ISO)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Administration<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Phillip Logsdon, Chief Information Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students assist the IS&amp;S Administration in keeping track of purchases and other day-to-day activities for the department.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Information Systems and Services is all about service to students, faculty and staff &#8211; our customers.
