Purchasing Decals<\/h2>\n

To purchase a decal please click on this link\u00a0https:\/\/ps-arms-vm.berea.edu\/Login.aspx <\/a>and fill out your vehicle information.\u00a0 When it asks for your college identification numbers this number will be your B# with a capitalized “B” at the beginning.\u00a0 In order to pick up a decal, all requests will need to be submitted online prior to coming in to the office and picking up your decal.\u00a0 If you have any questions please contact us at 859-985-3333 or email public_safety@berea.edu.<\/p>\n

Decals for Alternate Vehicles<\/h2>\n

Hang tags issued to staff, faculty, and Seabury Gym members can be moved from vehicle to vehicle, as long as the vehicle belongs to the same household.\u00a0 Students who have a temporary need to switch vehicles, due to vehicle repair or other circumstances, can obtain a temporary parking decal for up to two weeks.\u00a0 Replacement decals can be purchased if a student is changing vehicles and the original vehicle will no longer be on Berea College’s Campus or in the surrounding community.\u00a0 The cost of a replacement hang tag or decal is $2.00.<\/p>\n

Visitor Passes<\/h2>\n

Guests of the college community may obtain visitor passes at the Public Safety Office (first floor Woods Penn). Visitor passes are issued at no charge directly to the operator of the vehicle. Vehicles parking on campus at any time without a properly displayed decal or pass are subject to citations.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
