The gymnasium is located on the second floor of the Seabury Center complex. Renovation of the gym was completed in 1995 and dedicated to Dr. Joy Hager in 2018. It serves as a practice location for volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball teams. Old Seabury Gym is also the indoor play space for the <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.berea.edu\/student-life\/home\/campus-engagement\/recsports\/intramurals\/\">Berea College intramural program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The combination of excellent athletic facilities and a wonderful campus setting allows Berea to attract elite student-athletes, those committed both to excellence on the courts and fields upon which they compete, and in the classrooms where they learn and study. The fields and courts upon which our athletes practice, train and compete are amongst the finest in the region.
