campus departments in the<a href=\"http:\/\/legacy.berea.edu\/labor-program-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0Labor Program<\/a>.\u00a0 The College\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"\/human-resources\/workplace-expectations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Workplace Expectations<\/a> for all employees and labor students articulate Berea\u2019s mission and values in the workplace, and they include an expectation to \u201cencourage mindful and sustainable living\u201d by \u201cpromoting a sustainable way of life through policies, procedures and practices in the workplace.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Labor Positions with the Office of Sustainability:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a
