Berea is mentioned as the first cost-saving option: going to a school that doesn’t charge tuition.
Berea focuses on enrolling students who have high academic potential, but limited financial resources. In addition to providing a tuition scholarship for every student, the article points out that costs for room, board, and books at Berea are reasonable, and that financial aid is also available for them.
