The campus visit experience is often the highest-rated decision-making factor for college-going students when choosing where they want to enroll. Even though the global pandemic has altered the campus visit experience at colleges nationwide, we are pleased to offer both on-campus and virtual visit experiences. Please note all visits occur in the Eastern Time Zone and we look forward to you joining us soon.
Masks are currently optional for guests on-campus and encouraged in larger group settings. We ask that you do not attend your upcoming visit or event at Berea College if you or anyone in your party is not feeling well or showing any COVID-19 symptoms, regardless of vaccination status or a negative test. We will do everything we can to reschedule your on-campus visit, provide you with a virtual visit, or share event highlights with you if you must cancel attending an Admissions Office visit or event. Please see our COVID-19 FAQ’s and Guidelines before reserving an on-campus visit.

On-Campus Tours
On-campus tours are currently available for seniors and juniors and students who are looking to transfer from another college or university On-campus visits include a 20-minute session with a representative from Admissions followed by a 90-minute walking tour of campus. (We encourage freshmen and sophomores to check out a virtual tour.) We have limited space available Monday through Friday and space is first-come, first-served. Reserve your On-Campus Tour or call our office at 1-800-326-5948.
Virtual Tours
Two different types of virtual tours are available for domestic high school students who are unable to come to campus for a visit. Virtual visits include either a live-streamed walking tour of campus with a couple of our current student ambassadors or a pre-recorded information session with an admissions associate and a pre-recorded on-campus walking tour with a student ambassador. Livestreamed tours allow you to see the campus in real-time and ask questions along the way. These must be pre-scheduled and times are limited. Pre-recorded information sessions and tours allow you to view campus on your own time. Request your Virtual Tour or call our office at 1-800-326-5948.
Group Visits
Group Visits are for groups of high school students sponsored by a teacher or school administrator. Group Visits are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is very limited. If needed, live and on-demand Virtual Group Visits are also available as requested. Request an on-campus or virtual group visit.
Admitted Student Visits
Available beginning in the spring for students who have received their offer of admission to Berea College, trueBlue visits are designed specifically for admitted students.
Families of admitted students are encouraged to register for a Family Visit while their student attends one of our Shadow visits. Lodging and travel reimbursement may be available to help with expenses.
Available for international students, join us for our virtual Worldwide Wednesdays! This visit is designed to allow international students the chance to learn more about Berea College and the application process. Worldwide Wednesdays feature a 20-minute information session with an Admissions Counselor and a 60-90 minute live virtual tour of campus.
