Dr. Joseph Zwischenberger, M.D.Respected author and researcher, Dr. Zwischenberger is the Johnston-Wright Professor and Chair of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine’s Department of Surgery and the Director of the Transplant Center. He has been an important advocate of technology during the development of the artificial lung, for which he holds two patents. Co-sponsored with Technology and Industrial Arts and Biology.
