Written by James Leva and directed by Joseph Martinez, this play is based on the stories and music of the legendary North Carolina old-time fiddler Thomas Jefferson Jarrell. With a cast of four renowned traditional musicians (Riley Baugus, Ira Bernstein, Danny Knicely, and James Leva), this musical biography reveals the cultural roots of Jarrell’s Appalachian
