For domestic (non-international) applicant (if required to submit)
If you are a domestic student applying as a new freshman or transfer student, you may be requested to submit a Financial Resource Questionnaire (FRQ) before a decision can be made. You will have the option to print your FRQ once it is complete and you are encouraged to do so for your records.
For any domestic (non-international) student to quickly estimate whether they financially qualify to attend Berea
Fill out this simple form in less than five minutes to help your family estimate your likelihood of meeting Berea College’s financial eligibility requirements. In order to receive the most accurate results, please provide the most precise information possible and read the help messages in the right column.
*This is not an official component of Berea’s application for admission.
For any domestic (non-international) student to help determine first-year costs
The Net Price Calculator provides you with the best estimate of your aid for first-year costs at Berea, but your final aid will depend on the tax year reported on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We recommend you use the Net Price Calculator rather than the Quick Estimator if your family has significant untaxed income or if your family itemizes deductions. This is not an official component of Berea’s application for admission.
For any domestic (non-international) applicant to complete their application of admission
You are required to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to complete your application for admission.
If you are an international student, you will be required to complete separate documentation to confirm your financial eligibility.
Disclaimers
Final determination of financial aid and eligibility for Berea College can be made only via the submission of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). It is available on October 1. This form is not applicable for International Students.
