All Berea students who are approved to study abroad are awarded a generous grant through various endowed funds at Berea College. Additionally, students are encouraged to apply for “external” (meaning outside of Berea) scholarships. Some of these are for study abroad while a student is still enrolled at Berea College (like the Gilman) and some are for after a student graduates (like the Watson and the Fulbright).
