Apply for Graduation

Students become eligible to graduate by:

  1. Completing all program requirements as specified in the catalog.
  2. Submitting a Graduation Application through myBerea

Ideally, the application for graduation should be completed before your senior year. However, students who are eligible to graduate will receive email communications prompting them to submit their application from Kathy Wallace, Associate Registrar, in the Office of the Registrar.

Don’t forget that you must apply for your minor – just because you have the required classes does NOT mean you will receive the minor.

Graduation candidates for the for May 3, 2020 Commencement Ceremony (including those students who plan to take summer courses and complete degree requirements in August, but participate in the May Ceremony) have a preliminary deadline of Friday, March 27, 2020 to resolve any issues with their graduation status in order to be eligible to claim tickets when the ticket system opens in early April.

NOTE: Students must have submitted an approved application for graduation before they will be eligible to claim their Commencement tickets.
