The Student Labor Evaluation is a web-based system maintained by SmartEvals.com.   It contains the same elements as the former paper form found in the training materials below.   All training materials are still relevant and should be reviewed by first-time users.  The former paper form can still be used for student self-evaluations and in some of the optional usage plans found the Complete Evaluation Training Packet.  In addition,the paper form may be used at times when an evaluation needs to take place and there is no open timeline in the SmartEvals system.

Paper Evaluation Forms

Use these forms whenever an evaluation cycle has closed or for self-evaluations by the students.  The paper form does not substitute for completing the evaluation in the SmartEvals system.  Contact the Labor Office if you have questions about using it correctly.
