Exceptions may include, but are not limited to, information on “independent Web pages” (faculty.berea.edu, staff.berea.edu, student.berea.edu and community.berea.edu), information produced by College members as the result of academic scholarship, and/or information provided on a contractual basis.

Any materials owned by others may not be placed on the Berea College Web site without the expressed permission of the owner. Materials licensed to Berea College may only be used by members of the College, and may not be reproduced or redistributed in any form by any method.

Berea College does not actively monitor content on “independent Web pages” and is not responsible for the content of “independent” pages or for alleged copyright violations within those domains.
