Berea College welcomes the public and campus community to beautiful Latin favorites/Hermosas Canciones Latinas. This program will feature the multicultural and mixed gender music group, Mariachi Tesoro de Rebecca Gonzales. This convocation, part of the Stephenson Memorial Concert series, is free and open to the public. Thursday, September 15, 2016, at 8:00 p.m. in Phelps Stokes Chapel.
Mariachi Tesoro de Rebecca Gonzales performs mesmerizing renditions of Latin classics and original compositions. Group leader, Rebecca Gonzales was inducted into the Tucson International Mariachi Conference Hall of Fame in 2004.
