Kentucky-Talcott Residence Hall

Kentucky-Talcott is a co-ed First Year Residence Hall consisting of two residence halls Kentucky and Talcott. Talcott Hall (left side) being the female residence hall and Kentucky (right side) being the male residence Hall.

Kentucky

Kentucky Hall was built in 1917 and serves as a first-year male residence hall. It has a modern aesthetic due to its recent renovations. In the basement, you will find a pool table, a piano, and a lounge area equipped with a television and a vending machine.

  • Kitchen – There is a kitchen on every floor

  • Restrooms – There are two community restrooms on every floor except for the bottom floor which has only one
  • Lounges – there are three lounges on each floor. There are two study lounges, and a sitting lounge. There are also three common area lounges in the shared Annex.
  • Hall Staff – There are six student staff members (R.A. Staff) that live in the hall in addition to a live-in professional (Student Life Team Member) to help meet the needs of the residents as well as to promote and participate in the residence hall community.

Talcott
