Location: South side of Stephenson Hall, just outside the Longwall Gallery

Description: Grow Appalachia staff show just how much food can be produced in a 3ft. by 7ft. raised bed garden.

2015 – Crops: Spring Greens, tomatoes, then fall greens | Student Curator, Shadia Prater
It is possible to grow a great deal of food in a small space with proper variety selection and management. There will also be cold hardy varieties planted in the fall. The goal of this project is the production of something tasty and nutritious nine months a year.
