As a kick-off for the 2019 Celebration of Traditional Music weekend, Appalachian musicians Billy Edd Wheeler and Doug Orr, as well as the Whitewater Bluegrass Company and others, will perform favorite pieces and share their stories in an unforgettable gathering on the Phelps Stokes stage.
