Most classrooms are equipped with audio/visual equipment, and many are outfitted with innovative technologies.  The Helpdesk is responsible for assisting with audio/visual and classroom media across campus.

Classroom Training

For instructors seeking aid in the use of classroom media systems, please contact the Office-Based Consultant for that specific building first. If additional assistance is required, please contact the Helpdesk at extension 3343 or help_desk@berea.edu to schedule a consultation session.

Immediate Assistance

If immediate classroom assistance is needed, call the Helpdesk at extension 3343.  A student worker or staff member can provide phone support, or dispatch someone to assist.

Reporting Problems

Persistent problems with classroom media should be reported to the Office-Based Consultant, or directly to the Helpdesk at extension 3343 or help_desk@berea.edu.
