Lt. Gov. Jenean Hampton will be attending the Lt. Governor’s Entrepreneurship Challenge (LGEC) regional pitch competition, hosted by the Berea College Entrepreneurship for the Public Good Program (EPG), to witness student pitches from across Kentucky and present awards to the winners.
The Challenge is a tiered business pitch competition for all Kentucky high school students, grades 9-12. It is intended to introduce students to a realistic competitive business environment, as well as promote business ownership and lifelong learning. Berea’s EPG Program is hosting the regional competition for 25 different counties.

LGEC regional pitch competition to determine two teams from this region will be advancing to Finals. The top ten teams from across Kentucky will compete at Finals on April 29 for a share of $80,000 in scholarships.
