Pre-COVID, we didn’t use disposable utensils in Dining Services, we composted 135,000 pounds of food waste, and we recycled 70% of total waste. Sadly, COVID-19 has made it impossible for us to compost or recycle now – recycling facilities are closed. What the spork?!
